Start by quickly describing your company and specifying information about your current Salesforce to be analyzed. Your employees will receive an email containing instructions on how to complete our sales-centric psychometric assessment. Once your employees have completed the assessment and you have ranked your employees on performance, you can start exploring the psychometric traits that most closely describe your current Salesforce and your Ideal Candidates.
